To access the full potential that Piper has for you and your business, you must connect your social media to Social Piper.

It is one of the most important processes and has certain requirements, but do not worry because the process is very simple and usually you only need to do it once.

Let's see how to connect your Facebook Business Page.

In the Settings section, make sure you are in the Social Profile tab.

In the Facebook section, click on the Connect button; Follow the steps indicated there and accept the necessary permissions to make the connection. You must select only one business page on Facebook in case you have more than one.

Once this process is done, you will have your Facebook business page connected to Social Piper.

To connect your Instagram account, make sure you have already converted it into a Instagram Business account and it is previously connected to the same Facebook page that you have linked with Social Piper.

In the Instagram section, click on the Connect button; Follow the steps indicated there and accept the necessary permissions to make the connection. You must select only one Instagram account in case you have more than one, and select the same Facebook page that you previously connected with Social Piper.

If you have not yet converted your Instagram account to a Business account, you can easily do so by going to the Instagram application, clicking on the Settings icon and then selecting Convert to a professional account. Now just follow the steps shown by the application and don't forget to link your Business Instagram account with your Facebook page during the process.

To connect Twitter, you just need to click Connect and follow the instructions on the screen, it is very fast and simple.
